Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing DecorLuxelife and for shopping at DecorLuxelife.We are committed to providing exceptional lighting products and outstanding customer service.We understand that sometimes it may be necessary to return or exchange an item, so please read the following information about our refund and return policy.

Order not shipped status:

1. for products that are ready to ship and need to be replaced, a handling fee of 3%-5% of the order amount will be charged.

2. For products that are ready to ship but need to be refunded, we will charge a handling fee of 15%-20% of the order amount due to the small number of purchasers, small inventory, and the fact that one more item is ordered and one more item is produced, so there will be overstock.

3.For products that have already been shipped and need to be returned, please see the website policy below.

Shipment Status:

Returns with in 30 days

We only have return processing facilities in the United States and China, so all returned products need to be shipped back to our address in the United States or China. We only accept return requests within 30 days of purchase, but please note that customized products and light bulbs are not included in the return policy. 

For returns caused by manufacturer defects or shipping damage, we offer a 100% refund, including return shipping costs. Please contact us within 48 hours to take photos and video to show the defect so we can verify the problem.

If you are returning an item for a personal reason, such as changing your mind or needing a different size, you can still return the item, but you will be responsible for shipping costs. You will need to pay for the shipping costs to send the product back to us and ensure that the product is in its original packaging and unused. Once we confirm that the product is in the required condition, we will issue a refund minus the shipping costs.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the return, we will issue a refund within 10 business days. We will send you a confirmation email when the return is complete.

Exchanges
Please note that an exchange will be considered a return and repurchase. Exchanges are not accepted on customized items.

How do I return an item?

Please follow these 3 easy steps to return any part of your order according to our return policy:

1. Process your return: Respond to your order confirmation email stating the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return, and whether you wish to receive a refund, exchange the item(s), or credit your account balance. Our Customer Experience Specialist will process your request and provide the correct return address. Please note that we do not offer refunds if you have shipped the item to a different address.

2. Packaging: Ensure that all parts of all returned items are completely sealed in their original packaging, including all original packing materials.

3. Shipping: Before shipping, please take photos of the inside and outside of the package as a record to prove that the product is indeed in its original condition. We strongly recommend purchasing insurance in case the package is damaged during shipping back to us. You are free to choose the shipping company to ship the product back to us (please note that you will need to pay the shipping fee).

4.If the reason for the return is a quality issue, we will refund the shipping cost after confirming the issue. Please take a picture of the receipt and tracking number after shipping and send it to support@decorluxelife.com.
