1. Order Processing

Business Days: All timelines mentioned refer to Business Days (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.

Processing Time: Orders typically require 7–12 business days for preparation, quality inspection, and packaging before shipment.

Notification: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details.

Custom Orders: Made-to-order or customized fixtures may require additional production time. We will communicate specific lead times directly with you.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (7–12 days) + Shipping Time (see below).

Special Note: To ensure safety, oversized items (longest side > 36 inches) are shipped via Ocean Freight by default. If you require expedited delivery, please contact us for an upgrade quote.
3. Regional Delivery Estimates
United States

Timeframe: Approx. 20–30 days after order placement.

Method: Standard Shipping.
United Kingdom

Timeframe: Air Freight (7–15 days) or Ocean Freight (4–5 weeks).

Total Delivery: Typically 28–60 days after order placement.
(Note: We currently do not ship to destinations other than the United States and the United Kingdom.)
4. Assembly & Installation
To ensure safety during long-distance transport, most lighting fixtures are shipped semi-assembled or flat-packed.

Assembly: Simple assembly is required upon receipt.

Installation: Product prices do not include installation. For hardwired fixtures, we strongly recommend hiring a licensed professional electrician.
5. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. However, to cover the costs of restocking and logistics preparation, we enforce the following policy:

Within 24 Hours: Full Refund. You may cancel for free, no questions asked.

After 24 Hours: 5% Processing Fee. A fee will be deducted to cover payment gateway charges and restocking labor.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items: Non-Cancellable. Once production has begun, these items cannot be canceled or refunded.

Shipped Orders: Non-Cancellable. Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, it cannot be intercepted. You may initiate a return after delivery in accordance with our Return Policy.
6. Order Modifications
If you need to change your shipping address or order details, please contact us immediately via email. We cannot modify orders once they have been shipped.
7. Damage in transit
Breakage may occur in rare cases. Please don't worry! We have the risk of breakage. please contact us, and we will send you the replacements free of cost.
