Shipping Policy

Decorluxelife offers free shipping on all products.

Due to the popularity of our products, the shipping process takes between 6-12 business days, which depends on your receiving address. Once we get your order and commence shipping, you are not allowed to cancel the order. Just sit tight and wait, it will be worth it in the end. If there are any problems during shipping, we’ll do our best to help you sort it out.

Our products will be delivered using a trackable and secure method. Whatever product you order, you can rest assured that you will receive it on time. With Decorluxelife you will not only save on shipping costs, you are also guaranteed to receive the shipment in its best condition.

Shipping Method
We are aiming to have your order dispatched from our facility within 1-3 business days. Here, we are listing some our common shipping ways and estimated delivery time for your products.

(1) Standard Order Service: Order Processing Time within 7-10 Working Days; Shipping Time within 6-9 Business Days;
(2) Customized Order Service: Order Processing Time within 10-25 Working Days; Shipping Time within 6-9 Business Days;
(3) Shipping Ways: DHL/UPS/FedEx International Delivery; Standard Shipping Express;Sea Trasportation;

Note: For package size over 36″, we will choose ocean shipping according to the situation, and the ocean shipping time is about 35-45 days. We will communicate with customers in advance. If the customer’s package is oversized, but want to get the product quickly, you can contact us (support@decorluxelife.com).

Estimated Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Shipping Time (depending on your location)

Order Tracking
You will receive an email when your order is shipped out. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be active within 24 hours). 
Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.
Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.
If you are unable to track your package properly, please contact us and we will resolve the issue within 48 hours.

Cancellation of Orders
Cancellations are not accepted for customized items. For non-customized orders, you may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing your order by replying to the order confirmation email. After that, you can still cancel your order as long as the product has not been shipped. Please note, however, that a $50 processing fee will be charged. Once the product has shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
Please note that the following types of orders cannot be canceled, returned or refunded:
- Products and invoices labeled "Custom Invoice", "Customized" or "Final Sale".
- Special purchases such as stock sale products, discontinued products and customized offers.

Taxes & Duties
All our prices include all customs duties and taxes, so you won't have to pay extra. However, certain specific destinations might have additional tax requirements.

Damage in transit
Breakage may occur in rare cases. Please don't worry! We have the risk of breakage. please contact us, and we will send you the replacements free of cost.
