Shipping Policy Update Notice
Due to recent changes in international tariff policies, we are making adjustments to our shipping process. Please read the following important information regarding the potential impact on your orders and the measures we are taking:

1. Shipping Method Adjustment
Starting April 15th, all orders will be automatically switched to air or sea freight. The estimated delivery time will be 15-25 days. If you need expedited shipping, please let us know as soon as possible. Expedited shipping fees or potential tariff costs may apply.


2. Tariff Fees
  • If you choose express shipping and pay for the shipping fees, you will be responsible for any tariff fees that may arise during customs clearance.
  • If you choose air or sea freight, we will cover the tariff fees on your behalf, so you won’t need to pay any additional charges related to tariffs.

3. Customs Delays
Even with express shipping, there may be delays due to customs processing. As customs clearance may be impacted by policy changes, delivery times could be longer than usual. We will do our best to keep you updated on the status of your order.

4. Order Adjustments
For orders placed before April 15th that may not be delivered on time via express shipping, we will automatically switch these orders to air or sea freight. Delivery times will be extended, and we appreciate your understanding.

Note: For package size over 36″, we will choose ocean shipping according to the situation, and the ocean shipping time is about 35-45 days. We will communicate with customers in advance. If the customer’s package is oversized, but want to get the product quickly, you can contact us (support@decorluxelife.com).


Order Tracking
You will receive an email when your order is shipped out. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be active within 24 hours). 
Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.
Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.
If you are unable to track your package properly, please contact us and we will resolve the issue within 48 hours.

Cancellation of Orders
Cancellations are not accepted for customized items. For non-customized orders, you may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing your order by replying to the order confirmation email. After that, you can still cancel your order as long as the product has not been shipped. Please note, however, that a $50 processing fee will be charged. Once the product has shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
Please note that the following types of orders cannot be canceled, returned or refunded:
- Products and invoices labeled "Custom Invoice", "Customized" or "Final Sale".
- Special purchases such as stock sale products, discontinued products and customized offers.

Damage in transit
Breakage may occur in rare cases. Please don't worry! We have the risk of breakage. please contact us, and we will send you the replacements free of cost.
