Our process begins with a consultation to understand your vision. We then provide sketches and material samples for your approval. Once the design is finalized, our artisans begin the handcrafting process to bring your unique fixture to life.
Each custom piece is handcrafted to order. Typically, production takes 4–8 weeks depending on the complexity of the design and material availability.
Yes. We customize the internal wiring and components to meet the electrical standards of your specific location, ensuring safety and compatibility.
Modifications can be made within 48 hours of order placement. As custom fixtures are made specifically to your requirements, they are generally non-returnable.
We offer premium finishes including hand-brushed brass, matte black, and various glass textures. We can also source specific materials upon request.
