30-Day Price Match Policy
If an item from your order goes on sale on the Decorluxelife website within 30 days of your purchase date, you may request a price match for the difference.
Please note that this policy does not apply to Clearance items, Flash Deals, price reductions outside the 30-day guarantee period, or bundle promotions such as “Buy Together” offers.
Guidelines and Limitations
The item must be identical to the item originally purchased, including the same size, color, quantity, specifications, and model or SKU.
The item must have been purchased directly from the Decorluxelife website before a Price Match request can be submitted.
The item must still be in stock on the Decorluxelife website at the time the Price Match request is made.
Price Match requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

For eligible lighting products, Decorluxelife provides a 2-year limited warranty covering product materials, fixture structure, workmanship, finishes, and applicable electrical components.
Before submitting a warranty claim, please read our full Warranty Policy carefully, including the products covered, warranty scope, exclusions, and applicable limitations.
This limited warranty applies to defects in materials, workmanship, and related functionality that arise under normal household use.
For purposes of this policy, “normal” use means reasonable use of the product for its intended purpose in a normal residential environment and in accordance with the product's installation, operation, maintenance, and care instructions.
Safety and quality are important parts of our lighting products.
Depending on the product model and destination market, our lighting products may carry UL, ETL and/or CE certification or compliance markings.
Please refer to the individual product specifications or contact us to confirm the applicable certification for a specific product.
Asti Glass Chandelier – 31.9 Inch Pendant
A layered glass chandelier with stacked cone-shaped pieces in your choice of five colors and two metal finishes. The fixture is 31.9 inches wide and hangs 29.5 inches long, making it right-sized for standard dining tables, kitchen islands, and entry halls. Light filters through the glass pieces when the bulbs are on.

Choose Pink, Amber, Mauve, Smoke Gray, or Clear. Each one reads differently depending on your room's light and wall color.
Pair any glass color with either warm Gold or cool Nickel hardware and chain.

Common questions
What is the shade made of?
The shade is layered glass in five colors—Pink, Amber, Mauve, Smoke Gray, or Clear—stacked in cone shapes. The metal frame comes in Gold or Nickel. Light filters through the glass when the bulbs are on.
Can this chandelier be dimmed?
Yes. Triac dimming is built to order, so you can dim the fixture to whatever brightness you need.
Can I change the cord or drop length?
Yes. The standard drop is 29.5 inches, but we make this to order to fit your ceiling height. Tell us your ceiling height and we'll plan the cord length for you.
Can this work on a sloped or vaulted ceiling?
The standard canopy is built for flat ceilings. We can build a custom canopy for a sloped or vaulted ceiling—just let us know the pitch before you order.
Does this run on US household power?
Yes. The fixture is hardwired to your ceiling electrical box at 110–240V AC. An electrician will connect it during installation.
Is this approved for US use and do you ship here?
Yes to both. We ship free to all 50 states. The fixture is certified for North America.

What ceiling height do I need for the Asti chandelier?+
The Asti measures H 29.5″ with an adjustable chain providing 11.8″ of drop, extendable upon request. For standard 9′ ceilings, plan 30″–36″ total drop from ceiling to bottom. Contact our atelier to customize chain length for your space.
Which color and finish combination should I choose?+
Choose from four glass colors—pink, amber, mauve, or smoke gray—each paired with gold or nickel frames. Pink & gold suits warm interiors; smoke gray & nickel complements modern spaces. Email info@trivellolab.com to discuss your room's palette.
Can I customize the size or number of lights?+
Yes. The Asti is made to order in our atelier. We customize diameter, height, light source count, chain length, and finishes. Contact our design team at info@trivellolab.com to specify your requirements.
What bulbs and light sources does it use?+
The Asti accepts LED or Edison bulbs with E12 or E14 base types, hardwired to AC 110–240V. LED sources are replaceable and the fixture is compatible with a standard wall switch for on/off control.
How is the Asti installed?+
The chandelier is hardwired to ceiling junction and controlled via an external wall switch (not included). Installation guides and 3D files are available. We recommend professional installation for safe mounting and electrical connection.
Return Policy
Decorluxelife’s return policy lasts for 30 days from the date you receive your item. Unfortunately, returns requested after this period are not eligible for a refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please email support@decorluxelife.com. We will reply with the return mailing address, and you will need to cover the shipping costs upfront (refunds for shipping costs may apply as needed).
Items must be unused and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns for:
- Installed or used items
- Returns requested after 30 days
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders Not Yet Shipped:
- Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase: Full refund.
- Orders canceled or modified after 24 hours but before shipment: 5% handling fee of the order total will apply.
Orders Already Shipped but Not Yet Delivered: Cancellations will be processed as a return, and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. Special orders may require 5-9 business days.
