StartingApril 15th, all orders will be automatically switched to air or sea freight. The estimated delivery time will be15-25 days. If you need expedited shipping, please let us know as soon as possible. Expedited shipping fees or potential tariff costs may apply.
2. Tariff Fees
If you choose express shipping and pay for the shipping fees, you will be responsible for any tariff fees that may arise during customs clearance.
If you choose air or sea freight, we will cover the tariff fees on your behalf, so you won’t need to pay any additional charges related to tariffs.
Note: For package size over 36″, we will choose ocean shipping according to the situation, and the ocean shipping time is about 35-45 days. We will communicate with customers in advance. Returns: Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt (natural days)
Refunds: Once we have received and inspected the returned item, refunds will be issued within 10 business days.

Materials: We use natural brass and K9 crystals as well as imported alabaster from Spain and other materials for our products, we are not using cheap and environmentally unfriendly materials.
Craftsmanship: All lights are handmade by workers to open the mold, injection molding, coloring and assembly, not assembly line mass production, but craftsmanship.
