30-Day Price Match Policy
If an item from your order goes on sale on the Decorluxelife website within 30 days of your purchase date, you may request a price match for the difference.
Please note that this policy does not apply to Clearance items, Flash Deals, price reductions outside the 30-day guarantee period, or bundle promotions such as โBuy Togetherโ offers.
Guidelines and Limitations
The item must be identical to the item originally purchased, including the same size, color, quantity, specifications, and model or SKU.
The item must have been purchased directly from the Decorluxelife website before a Price Match request can be submitted.
The item must still be in stock on the Decorluxelife website at the time the Price Match request is made.
Price Match requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

For eligible lighting products, Decorluxelife provides a 2-year limited warranty covering product materials, fixture structure, workmanship, finishes, and applicable electrical components.

This limited warranty applies to defects in materials, workmanship, and related functionality that arise under normal household use.
For purposes of this policy, โnormalโ use means reasonable use of the product for its intended purpose in a normal residential environment and in accordance with the product's installation, operation, maintenance, and care instructions.
Safety and quality are important parts of our lighting products.
Depending on the product model and destination market, our lighting products may carry UL, ETL and/or CE certification or compliance markings.

Domus Alabaster Chandelier
A solid alabaster bowl rests beneath a tapered alabaster cap โ both pieces carved from the same natural stone, both lit from within by an integrated LED. The wide upturned bowl directs light upward against the ceiling for ambient illumination, while the conical cap reads as a sculptural detail. Available in two sizes โ โ 19.7โณ and โ 27.6โณ โ the Domus suits dining tables, entryway foyers, bedrooms, and reading nooks.

Alabaster is a natural stone. Both the bowl and the cap are hand-finished, and the vein pattern, color depth, and translucency vary from piece to piece. Your fixture will look related to โ but not identical to โ the photographs.

Which size do I need for my space?
The small size (โ 19.7โณ) suits entryways, bedrooms, reading nooks, and small dining areas. The large size (โ 27.6โณ) is scaled for dining tables 48โ60 inches across and for living rooms with 9โ10 foot ceilings. As a guide for dining installations, allow 30โ36 inches between the table surface and the bottom of the bowl.
Why does my fixture look different from the photographs?
Alabaster is a natural stone. No two blocks have the same vein pattern, color saturation, or translucency. The bowl and cap in your fixture are cut from unique pieces, so the overall character of your chandelier will resemble โ but not match โ the reference photos. This is the nature of working with real stone, not a defect.
How is the alabaster lit?
An integrated LED is concealed inside the fixture. The bowl directs light upward, washing the ceiling with a soft uplight, while the alabaster itself glows from within and reveals the natural veins. There is no exposed bulb to see or replace.
Can I make it dimmable?
Yes โ specify the dimmable version when placing your order. Pair it with a Triac dimmer switch (purchased separately) for smooth, flicker-free dimming. The dimmable LED is fixed at manufacture, so the option must be chosen at order.
Is the Domus certified for North America?
Yes. It holds certifications compatible with North America, Saudi Arabia, Europe, and Australia and operates on AC 110โ240V worldwide.
Return Policy
Decorluxelifeโs return policy lasts for 30 days from the date you receive your item. Unfortunately, returns requested after this period are not eligible for a refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please emailย support@decorluxelife.com. We will reply with the return mailing address, and you will need to cover the shipping costs upfront (refunds for shipping costs may apply as needed).
Items must be unused and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns for:
- Installed or used items
- Returns requested after 30 days
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders Not Yet Shipped:
- Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase: Full refund.
- Orders canceled or modified after 24 hours but before shipment: 5% handling fee of the order total will apply.
Orders Already Shipped but Not Yet Delivered:ย Cancellations will be processed as a return, and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. Special orders may require 5-9 business days.
