Return Policy
Decorluxelife’s return policy lasts for 30 days from the date you receive your item. Unfortunately, returns requested after this period are not eligible for a refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please email support@decorluxelife.com. We will reply with the return mailing address, and you will need to cover the shipping costs upfront (refunds for shipping costs may apply as needed).
Items must be unused and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns for:
- Installed or used items
- Returns requested after 30 days
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders Not Yet Shipped:
- Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase: Full refund.
- Orders canceled or modified after 24 hours but before shipment: 5% handling fee of the order total will apply.
Orders Already Shipped but Not Yet Delivered: Cancellations will be processed as a return, and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. Special orders may require 5-9 business days.

We purchased 2 of these chandeliers, one crown and the other oval for our dining room. One in bronze and one in gold. They are the perfect! We have a transitional styled home with a blend of formality and more casual design. They way these chandeliers are packaged for shipping is incredible.

The petal colors are much more saturated in person than they appeared on the screen. I expected pale pastels, but they are actually richer, more vintage tones. I had to adjust some decor to match the wallpaper, but the hand-painted texture is undeniably high-end. It definitely commands attention in the dining room.

I got the 74" version, and it’s absolutely spectacular! However, I underestimated the scale—it makes my dining table look a bit small now. The pre-shipping photos showed it was big, but it’s even more imposing once hung. If you don't have very high ceilings, pick the size carefully. The quality itself is flawless, though.

However, after a few weeks, I realized the intricate petal design is a bit of a dust magnet, and you have to be very gentle when cleaning the painted surfaces. Think twice if you hate dusting! Do I still get the best price?
Thank you very much for your interest in our lights, we plan events every month where you can take advantage of the corresponding discounts! The quality of our lamps definitely matches the price.
Materials: We use natural brass and K9 crystals as well as imported alabaster from Spain and other materials for our products, we are not using cheap and environmentally unfriendly materials.
Craftsmanship: All lights are handmade by workers to open the mold, injection molding, coloring and assembly, not assembly line mass production, but craftsmanship.
Transportation and Packaging: Double packing with carton and wooden box can protect the lamps well, and free shipping and tax.
After-sale: provide timely customer service, 30 days warranty and 2 years after-sale for sold products, any problems can be found on our website.
How soon will I receive the lights?
