30-Day Price Match Policy
If an item from your order goes on sale on the Decorluxelife website within 30 days of your purchase date, you may request a price match for the difference.
Please note that this policy does not apply to Clearance items, Flash Deals, price reductions outside the 30-day guarantee period, or bundle promotions such as โBuy Togetherโ offers.
Guidelines and Limitations
The item must be identical to the item originally purchased, including the same size, color, quantity, specifications, and model or SKU.
The item must have been purchased directly from the Decorluxelife website before a Price Match request can be submitted.
The item must still be in stock on the Decorluxelife website at the time the Price Match request is made.
Price Match requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Gabriel Cascade K9 Crystal Chandelier
A multi-strand pendant made of clear K9 crystal beads on chrome or gold chain. Hangs straight down in cascading loops. Suits atriums, double-height foyers, grand lobbies, and commercial spaces where you need real vertical drop.

The largest variant (V16โV18) reaches 198.8 inches. Built for stairwells and multi-level atriums where standard fixtures run short.

How much vertical space do I actually need?
Smallest (V1โV3): 118 inches. Largest (V16โV18): 198.8 inches. Measure from ceiling to the lowest point where the fixture will hang. Add space for canopy and wiring above.
Does this fixture come in gold instead of chrome?
All variants shown here are clear crystal with chrome hardware. The gold finish variant is a separate product line. Confirm the exact finish code when ordering.
Which size should I pick for a two-story foyer?
V7, V10, V13, or V16 all work depending on room width and ceiling height. V7 is 59 inches wide and 137.8 inches tall. V16 is 59 inches wide and 198.8 inches tall. Measure your space first.
Can I choose warm versus cool light?
Yes. Every size comes in warm, cool, and neutral. Pick the temperature when you select your variant. The number of heads and height stay the same.
Return Policy
Decorluxelifeโs return policy lasts for 30 days from the date you receive your item. Unfortunately, returns requested after this period are not eligible for a refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please emailย support@decorluxelife.com. We will reply with the return mailing address, and you will need to cover the shipping costs upfront (refunds for shipping costs may apply as needed).
Items must be unused and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns for:
- Installed or used items
- Returns requested after 30 days
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders Not Yet Shipped:
- Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase: Full refund.
- Orders canceled or modified after 24 hours but before shipment: 5% handling fee of the order total will apply.
Orders Already Shipped but Not Yet Delivered:ย Cancellations will be processed as a return, and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. Special orders may require 5-9 business days.
