30-Day Price Match Policy
If an item from your order goes on sale on the Decorluxelife website within 30 days of your purchase date, you may request a price match for the difference.
Please note that this policy does not apply to Clearance items, Flash Deals, price reductions outside the 30-day guarantee period, or bundle promotions such as โBuy Togetherโ offers.
Guidelines and Limitations
The item must be identical to the item originally purchased, including the same size, color, quantity, specifications, and model or SKU.
The item must have been purchased directly from the Decorluxelife website before a Price Match request can be submitted.
The item must still be in stock on the Decorluxelife website at the time the Price Match request is made.
Price Match requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

For eligible lighting products, Decorluxelife provides a 2-year limited warranty covering product materials, fixture structure, workmanship, finishes, and applicable electrical components.

This limited warranty applies to defects in materials, workmanship, and related functionality that arise under normal household use.
For purposes of this policy, โnormalโ use means reasonable use of the product for its intended purpose in a normal residential environment and in accordance with the product's installation, operation, maintenance, and care instructions.

Depending on the product model and destination market, our lighting products may carry UL, ETL and/or CE certification or compliance markings.

Gingko Combination Chandelier for Double-Height Spaces
A large suspended fixture made of textured leaf-shaped clusters in gold or nickel with white accents. Hangs up to 118 inches, so it fills dramatic foyer and stairwell voids without looking lost. Each cluster catches light from multiple angles.
What you actually get
At 118.1 inches, this fixture reaches across two-story foyers and double-height stairwells. The longest drop means it can anchor a tall open volume without undersizing.
Choose warm gold or cooler nickel. Both pair with white accents on the leaf clusters. Finish applies to the hanging hardware and structural elements.
At 137.8 inches across, this fixture spreads out as much as it drops. Works best in open floor plans where it won't crowd walls or doorways.

What is the shade made of?
The fixture is metal with textured leaf-shaped clusters. Gold or nickel finish applies to the hanging hardware and structural elements, with white accents on the clusters.
Can this be dimmed?
Yes. Triac dimming is available as a build option when you order. Let us know during checkout if you want it wired for dimmer control.
Can I change the drop length?
Yes. The standard version hangs at 118.1 inches, but we build to your ceiling height. Tell us how tall your space is and we'll cut the cables to fit.
Will this work on a sloped or vaulted ceiling?
Yes, we can build a custom canopy for a pitched ceiling. The standard canopy suits flat ceilings, so just give us your roof pitch before you order and we'll set it up.
Does it run on US household power?
Yes. It's hardwired to your ceiling electrical box by an electrician and runs on standard US AC voltage.
Is it approved for US use and do you ship here?
Yes to both. We ship free to all 50 states. The fixture is certified for North America and ready to install.
Return Policy
Decorluxelifeโs return policy lasts for 30 days from the date you receive your item. Unfortunately, returns requested after this period are not eligible for a refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please emailย support@decorluxelife.com. We will reply with the return mailing address, and you will need to cover the shipping costs upfront (refunds for shipping costs may apply as needed).
Items must be unused and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns for:
- Installed or used items
- Returns requested after 30 days
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders Not Yet Shipped:
- Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase: Full refund.
- Orders canceled or modified after 24 hours but before shipment: 5% handling fee of the order total will apply.
Orders Already Shipped but Not Yet Delivered:ย Cancellations will be processed as a return, and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. Special orders may require 5-9 business days.
