30-Day Price Match Policy
If an item from your order goes on sale on the Decorluxelife website within 30 days of your purchase date, you may request a price match for the difference.
Please note that this policy does not apply to Clearance items, Flash Deals, price reductions outside the 30-day guarantee period, or bundle promotions such as āBuy Togetherā offers.
Guidelines and Limitations
The item must be identical to the item originally purchased, including the same size, color, quantity, specifications, and model or SKU.
The item must have been purchased directly from the Decorluxelife website before a Price Match request can be submitted.
The item must still be in stock on the Decorluxelife website at the time the Price Match request is made.
Price Match requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

For eligible lighting products, Decorluxelife provides a 2-year limited warranty covering product materials, fixture structure, workmanship, finishes, and applicable electrical components.

This limited warranty applies to defects in materials, workmanship, and related functionality that arise under normal household use.
For purposes of this policy, ānormalā use means reasonable use of the product for its intended purpose in a normal residential environment and in accordance with the product's installation, operation, maintenance, and care instructions.
Safety and quality are important parts of our lighting products.
Depending on the product model and destination market, our lighting products may carry UL, ETL and/or CE certification or compliance markings.

Round amber seedy glass drops ā each with a small loop handle threaded onto a brass chain ā hang in cascading layers from radial brass arms. Light passes through the bubbled glass and refracts into thousands of warm amber points, with the antique brass-plated steel arms reading as a soft sunburst above. At ā 32ā³ across, the Jacqueline suits formal dining tables, foyers, and coastal-inspired living rooms.
Seedy glass ā bubbles are part of the craft
Each glass drop is hand-blown with tiny air bubbles trapped inside the amber glass ā the "seedy" finish that scatters light into a softer, candlelit glow. Bubble pattern, drop shape, and amber depth vary slightly from piece to piece; this is the signature of the technique, not a defect.
Hardwired ā licensed electrician required
Connects to a standard ceiling junction box. Standard rod is 11.8ā³ and can be extended on request to suit your ceiling height.

Why are there bubbles inside the glass drops?
The bubbles are intentional ā this is "seedy glass," a hand-blown technique where small air bubbles are deliberately trapped inside the amber glass. The bubbles scatter the light from each bulb into a softer, more candlelit glow than smooth glass would produce. Every drop has a unique bubble pattern; consistency here would mean machine-made, not hand-blown.
Can I install it outdoors?
The Jacqueline is rated IP20 ā indoor only. It is not built for damp, humid, or exposed environments. Outdoor or covered patio use will accelerate corrosion of the brass-plated steel and cause finish discoloration over time. For genuine outdoor use, contact us about a wet-rated alternative.
What bulbs work best?
Candle-form LED bulbs (E12 or E14, depending on the unit shipped), 4ā6W each, 2700K warm white. Clear or filament-style bulbs let the warm light pass through the amber drops cleanly. LED keeps heat away from the chains and brass plating. Bulbs not included.
Is it dimmable?
Yes ā when paired with dimmable LED bulbs and a compatible Triac or trailing-edge dimmer (sold separately). Dimming brings out the deeper amber tones in the seedy glass and is recommended for dining and lounge installations.
Is the Jacqueline certified for North America?
Yes. It holds certifications compatible with North America, Saudi Arabia, Europe, and Australia and operates on AC 110ā240V worldwide.
Return Policy
Decorluxelifeās return policy lasts for 30 days from the date you receive your item. Unfortunately, returns requested after this period are not eligible for a refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please emailĀ support@decorluxelife.com. We will reply with the return mailing address, and you will need to cover the shipping costs upfront (refunds for shipping costs may apply as needed).
Items must be unused and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns for:
- Installed or used items
- Returns requested after 30 days
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders Not Yet Shipped:
- Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase: Full refund.
- Orders canceled or modified after 24 hours but before shipment: 5% handling fee of the order total will apply.
Orders Already Shipped but Not Yet Delivered:Ā Cancellations will be processed as a return, and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. Special orders may require 5-9 business days.
