30-Day Price Match Policy
If an item from your order goes on sale on the Decorluxelife website within 30 days of your purchase date, you may request a price match for the difference.
Please note that this policy does not apply to Clearance items, Flash Deals, price reductions outside the 30-day guarantee period, or bundle promotions such as “Buy Together” offers.
Guidelines and Limitations
The item must be identical to the item originally purchased, including the same size, color, quantity, specifications, and model or SKU.
The item must have been purchased directly from the Decorluxelife website before a Price Match request can be submitted.
The item must still be in stock on the Decorluxelife website at the time the Price Match request is made.
Price Match requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

For eligible lighting products, Decorluxelife provides a 2-year limited warranty covering product materials, fixture structure, workmanship, finishes, and applicable electrical components.

This limited warranty applies to defects in materials, workmanship, and related functionality that arise under normal household use.
For purposes of this policy, “normal” use means reasonable use of the product for its intended purpose in a normal residential environment and in accordance with the product's installation, operation, maintenance, and care instructions.
Safety and quality are important parts of our lighting products.
Depending on the product model and destination market, our lighting products may carry UL, ETL and/or CE certification or compliance markings.

Lucente Noir Spiral Chandelier in Grey Glass
A tiered chandelier with stacked rings of grey and clear glass tubes that spiral downward. Light passes through the layered glass for soft diffusion. Works over dining tables, kitchen islands, or entry halls where you have standard ceiling height.
What you actually get
Each tier uses alternating grey and clear glass rods. The grey glass softens the light while clear glass lets it pass through cleanly.
Smallest is 15.7 inches wide by 39.4 inches tall. Largest is 23.6 inches wide by 72.8 inches tall. Pick based on your ceiling height and room width.
All versions come with nickel finish for the frame and chain. Works with both warm and cool lighting schemes.

Common questions
How many light bulbs does this fixture hold?
The photo shows multiple tiers of glass tubes with light sources throughout each tier. Exact bulb count varies by variant. Contact us with your chosen size for the specific lamp count and socket type.
Can I shorten the chain on any of the four sizes?
Yes. All versions come with adjustable chain during installation. The longest possible drop for V4 is 72.8 inches. You can hang it shorter if your ceiling is lower.
Will grey glass block too much light over my dining table?
The grey glass diffuses light rather than blocks it. Clear glass tubes between the grey ones allow direct light through. You get soft, even illumination below without harsh shadows.
What finish is the frame and chain?
All four variants come with nickel finish on the hardware. The glass is grey and clear. No other metal finishes are available for this model.
Return Policy
Decorluxelife’s return policy lasts for 30 days from the date you receive your item. Unfortunately, returns requested after this period are not eligible for a refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please email support@decorluxelife.com. We will reply with the return mailing address, and you will need to cover the shipping costs upfront (refunds for shipping costs may apply as needed).
Items must be unused and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns for:
- Installed or used items
- Returns requested after 30 days
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders Not Yet Shipped:
- Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase: Full refund.
- Orders canceled or modified after 24 hours but before shipment: 5% handling fee of the order total will apply.
Orders Already Shipped but Not Yet Delivered: Cancellations will be processed as a return, and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. Special orders may require 5-9 business days.
