30-Day Price Match Policy
If an item from your order goes on sale on the Decorluxelife website within 30 days of your purchase date, you may request a price match for the difference.
Please note that this policy does not apply to Clearance items, Flash Deals, price reductions outside the 30-day guarantee period, or bundle promotions such as โBuy Togetherโ offers.
Guidelines and Limitations
The item must be identical to the item originally purchased, including the same size, color, quantity, specifications, and model or SKU.
The item must have been purchased directly from the Decorluxelife website before a Price Match request can be submitted.
The item must still be in stock on the Decorluxelife website at the time the Price Match request is made.
Price Match requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Pollensa Glass Chandelier Gold
Layered wavy glass panels catch light from every angle. The Gold & Yellow finish glows warm when lit and reads bright and clean during the day. Works over a dining table, kitchen island, bedroom, or entryway at standard ceiling height.
What you actually get
Each piece is a curved, textured glass panel. They layer down in tiers so light spreads through the whole fixture.
The metal frame and chain are brass-toned. Glass has a warm golden cast that shifts with the light inside.
Hangs about 2.5 feet across. The drop is 37.4 inches, which fits standard 8 or 9 foot ceilings.

How many glass pieces are on this chandelier?
The fixture has multiple wavy glass panels arranged in four tiers stacked down from the frame. Each tier holds about 10 to 12 panels.
Will this fixture fit in a room with 8 foot ceilings?
Yes. The total drop is 37.4 inches, which works fine with standard 8 or 9 foot ceilings when hung centered over a table or island.
What kind of bulbs does it take?
Check the product spec sheet for socket count and bulb type. The wavy glass panels diffuse light evenly, so you'll want bulbs that match your room's brightness needs.
Can I adjust the chain length?
Standard chain comes with the fixture. You can typically remove links to shorten it, but contact customer service to confirm what's included and what you can modify.

What ceiling height does the Pollensa need?+
Best with 9โ11 ft ceilings. The fixture is 37.4โณ tall plus suspension chain. Chain length is extendable on request for taller spaces, allowing custom drop adjustment.
What size dining table does this work for?+
Recommended for a 6-seat dining table. At 29.5โณ diameter, it centers well over standard rectangular tables and provides balanced ambient light for formal dining.
How does it ship and install?+
Ships LTL freight in a custom crate. Installation is hardwired into a junction box by a licensed electricianโtypically a two-person job. Glass leaves are individually packed and attached on site for safety.
What bulbs do I need, and is it dimmable?+
Uses small candelabra base warm white LED bulbs (not included). Dimming requires both dimmable bulbs and a Triac wall dimmer; standard wall switch provides on/off only.
Will the glass color and texture vary?+
Yesโslight variation in granularity, color saturation, and edge profile between leaves is normal for this textured glassware style and is not a defect, making each piece unique.
Return Policy
Decorluxelifeโs return policy lasts for 30 days from the date you receive your item. Unfortunately, returns requested after this period are not eligible for a refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please emailย support@decorluxelife.com. We will reply with the return mailing address, and you will need to cover the shipping costs upfront (refunds for shipping costs may apply as needed).
Items must be unused and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns for:
- Installed or used items
- Returns requested after 30 days
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders Not Yet Shipped:
- Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase: Full refund.
- Orders canceled or modified after 24 hours but before shipment: 5% handling fee of the order total will apply.
Orders Already Shipped but Not Yet Delivered:ย Cancellations will be processed as a return, and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. Special orders may require 5-9 business days.
