If you choose express shipping and pay for the shipping fees, you will be responsible for any tariff fees that may arise during customs clearance.
If you choose air or sea freight, we will cover the tariff fees on your behalf, so you won’t need to pay any additional charges related to tariffs.
Note: For package size over 36″, we will choose ocean shipping according to the situation, and the ocean shipping time is about 35-45 days. We will communicate with customers in advance. Returns
Returns: Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt (natural days)
Refunds: Once we have received and inspected the returned item, refunds will be issued within 10 business days.
