30-Day Price Match Policy
If an item from your order goes on sale on the Decorluxelife website within 30 days of your purchase date, you may request a price match for the difference.
Please note that this policy does not apply to Clearance items, Flash Deals, price reductions outside the 30-day guarantee period, or bundle promotions such as “Buy Together” offers.
Guidelines and Limitations
The item must be identical to the item originally purchased, including the same size, color, quantity, specifications, and model or SKU.
The item must have been purchased directly from the Decorluxelife website before a Price Match request can be submitted.
The item must still be in stock on the Decorluxelife website at the time the Price Match request is made.
Price Match requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

For eligible lighting products, Decorluxelife provides a 2-year limited warranty covering product materials, fixture structure, workmanship, finishes, and applicable electrical components.

This limited warranty applies to defects in materials, workmanship, and related functionality that arise under normal household use.
For purposes of this policy, “normal” use means reasonable use of the product for its intended purpose in a normal residential environment and in accordance with the product's installation, operation, maintenance, and care instructions.
Safety and quality are important parts of our lighting products.
Depending on the product model and destination market, our lighting products may carry UL, ETL and/or CE certification or compliance markings.

Vivara Glass Chandelier
Layers of oval glass discs — yellow-amber bodies overlapped with milky white glass and decorative loop patterns — cascade in five tiers from a small white canopy. Light passes through the colored glass and refracts warm yellow tones throughout the room, with the white loop accents reading as a softer overlay. At ∅ 39.4″ × H 27.6″, the Vivara suits formal dining tables, foyers, and living rooms drawing on Italian glamour or contemporary luxe palettes.
Hand-blown glass — each disc is unique
Every glass disc is individually hand-blown. Disc shape, color depth, and the white loop pattern vary slightly from piece to piece — this is part of the Murano-style technique, not a defect.
Hardwired — licensed electrician required
Connects to a standard ceiling junction box. Standard hanging rod is 11.8″ and can be extended on request to suit your ceiling height.

Why are the glass discs different colors?
The Vivara uses a layered glass technique: each disc is hand-blown with a yellow (or pink) base body, then overlaid with milky white glass that's pulled into loop patterns before the disc is finished. The two-color effect gives the chandelier depth and movement when lit — the colored body glows from within while the white loops read as a softer foreground pattern.
What style does this work with?
The Vivara draws on 1960s-70s Italian glasswork — layered, color-rich, and tactile rather than crystal-cut. It works in formal dining rooms, transitional foyers, Hollywood Regency interiors, soft-modern living rooms with warm-toned palettes, and contemporary luxe spaces where a single warm-toned focal piece anchors the room.
What bulbs work best?
Candle-form LED bulbs (E12 or E14, depending on the unit shipped), 4–6W each, 2700K warm white. Clear or filament-style bulbs let warm light pass through the colored glass and bring out the contrast between the yellow body and white loop overlay. LED keeps heat low — important inside a fixture clustered with hand-blown glass. Bulbs not included.
Is it dimmable?
Yes — when paired with dimmable LED bulbs and a compatible Triac or trailing-edge dimmer (sold separately). Dimming brings out the deeper amber and rose tones in the glass and is recommended for dining and lounge installations.
Is the Vivara certified for North America?
Yes. It holds certifications compatible with North America, Saudi Arabia, Europe, and Australia and operates on AC 110–240V worldwide.
Return Policy
Decorluxelife’s return policy lasts for 30 days from the date you receive your item. Unfortunately, returns requested after this period are not eligible for a refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please email support@decorluxelife.com. We will reply with the return mailing address, and you will need to cover the shipping costs upfront (refunds for shipping costs may apply as needed).
Items must be unused and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns for:
- Installed or used items
- Returns requested after 30 days
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders Not Yet Shipped:
- Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase: Full refund.
- Orders canceled or modified after 24 hours but before shipment: 5% handling fee of the order total will apply.
Orders Already Shipped but Not Yet Delivered: Cancellations will be processed as a return, and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. Special orders may require 5-9 business days.
