If you choose express shipping and pay for the shipping fees, you will be responsible for any tariff fees that may arise during customs clearance.
If you choose air or sea freight, we will cover the tariff fees on your behalf, so you won’t need to pay any additional charges related to tariffs.
Note: For package size over 36″, we will choose ocean shipping according to the situation, and the ocean shipping time is about 35-45 days. We will communicate with customers in advance. Returns: Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt (natural days)
Refunds: Once we have received and inspected the returned item, refunds will be issued within 10 business days.

I really like this chandelier! It looks hard to install, but I don't think it is at all. If you've installed light fixtures before, this is not a problem. It took us about an hour to install and then some more time to hang the glass. It looks great and adds a splash of color to our dining room! Highly recommend!

The chandelier is gorgeous. I wouldn't say it was difficult to put together, but it definitely would have been easier to put together with more than two hands, as it has a lot of pieces. Unfortunately, some of the glass was broken when the first piece arrived, but the company was quick to send a replacement. I am very happy with the product and customer service!

Materials: We use natural brass and K9 crystals as well as imported alabaster from Spain and other materials for our products, we are not using cheap and environmentally unfriendly materials.
