Return Policy
Decorluxelife’s return policy lasts for 30 days from the date you receive your item. Unfortunately, returns requested after this period are not eligible for a refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please email support@decorluxelife.com. We will reply with the return mailing address, and you will need to cover the shipping costs upfront (refunds for shipping costs may apply as needed).
Items must be unused and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns for:
- Installed or used items
- Returns requested after 30 days
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders Not Yet Shipped:
- Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase: Full refund.
- Orders canceled or modified after 24 hours but before shipment: 5% handling fee of the order total will apply.
Orders Already Shipped but Not Yet Delivered: Cancellations will be processed as a return, and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

I was a bit hesitant to buy lighting online because you never really know if it will look like the photos. But the customer service team was actually quite helpful. Before they shipped my order, they sent me pictures of the actual chandelier to confirm. It was nice to see the real matte glass globes and the metal base beforehand. It definitely took away the worry of getting something that doesn't match the description. The light is well-made and looks nice in my dining room.

Pictures don't convey how substantial these globes feel. The glass is thick and heavy, giving the fixture a very expensive, high-end look. I was also worried the gold might look cheap, but it’s a lovely muted satin brass that matches our other hardware perfectly. Installation took a bit of patience to get the staggered heights just right, but the end result is absolutely worth it. Great value for the quality
