Return Policy
Decorluxelife’s return policy lasts for 30 days from the date you receive your item. Unfortunately, returns requested after this period are not eligible for a refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please email support@decorluxelife.com. We will reply with the return mailing address, and you will need to cover the shipping costs upfront (refunds for shipping costs may apply as needed).
Items must be unused and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns for:
- Installed or used items
- Returns requested after 30 days
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders Not Yet Shipped:
- Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase: Full refund.
- Orders canceled or modified after 24 hours but before shipment: 5% handling fee of the order total will apply.
Orders Already Shipped but Not Yet Delivered: Cancellations will be processed as a return, and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

I took a close-up picture of one of the drops while it was on—the LED light catches all the tiny bubbles inside the seeded glass so beautifully. It genuinely looks like a glowing raindrop. Adjusting all the individual cords to get that staggered, cascading look took a little patience from our electrician, but the final result is exactly what we wanted. It gives off a lovely warm light for the kitchen. Highly recommend!

We have a really long marble island in our new kitchen, so we decided to buy two of these linear chandeliers and hang them end-to-end. It worked out perfectly! The black canopy and cords match our black range hood and cabinet hardware, which really ties the whole space together.The glass pendants have a nice weight to them and genuinely look like glowing raindrops when the LEDs are on. The seeded glass adds a nice texture, too. The light is a cozy warm tone but still bright enough for prepping food on the counter. It took our electrician a bit of time to adjust all the individual cords to the heights we wanted, but the final look is absolutely worth it. Highly recommend if you have a large space to fill!
